Took a ride back to Goshen Indiana today to pick up our Montana. Keystone asked us to leave it with them after the rally for some needed major repairs. I must say after the frustration of having repairs done through our dealer, this was like a breath of fresh air. From the moment we dropped it off to the moment we picked it up Keystone treated me like a valued customer. Not only did they explain in detail how the repairs would be done they kept me in the loop with email updates. It was a labor intensive repair with removal of front cap, kitchen slide and partial passengers side wall to address the wall flex issue. Hats off to Darrell, Julie and their crew for a job well done. Keystone also stepped up and replaced the worn tires on my rear axle with new Sailun tires and rims after Dexter replaced the rear axle at the rally.
