On our 2008 3000RK loaded to go for a couple of weeks, but only about 20 gallons of fresh water, waste tanks empty the pin weight is as you read about 2200 pounds. Everyone will have a slightly different number of course. We do not have a w/d and try and run without extra weight.
We do enjoy the 3000RK configuration.
We bought ours new in Feb 2008 and the list price was $53,112, negotiated price was $43,408.
