That "pre-trip inspection test" caused me some grief...didn't initially get detail specific enough for the examiner. It wasn't enough to just say: "I'm checking the lights"...had to point out and say each and EVERY light, every lug nut, every minute item that needed to be checked...failed the first go around and had to reschedule for another "pre-inspection test" that made me wait 60 days to retake! I'm thinking a bit of overkill on the part of the examiner...just sayin'
