In our previous unit, Winnebago Class C, we had the AC with heat pump and loved it. Bulkhead Thermo had 3 selections, air, heat pump and furnance. Heat pump was good down to about 35 deg. then the furnance would kick in should the heat pump not be able to handle the demand. Used the same ducts as the AC. Why would Keystone say not to use the ducts is beyond me.
