Then there are the faucets that have a steel plate and a couple screws on the underside instead of the big nut that needs a faucet wrench. Or if lucky, a big pair of water pump pliers if you have cupboard doors on the back side of the counter



Another 'gotcha' is that some like the new faucet in ours that needed an adapter to attach the trailer water lines to the new faucet lines. Both Lowe's and Home Depot have those adapters.
