The inverter doesn't take care of the batteries, it powers the fridge. The inverter, I believe, is a 1000w Magtech? unit. Your converter provides the charging power to the batteries, I don't know which one you have but probably wfco.

As far as charging at the storage facility; do they not have a 20A plug? If so just get a 50A/20A pigtail to connect to the trailer and plug an extension cord into it. If all you are doing is powering the converter you should be just fine. If all you have is the 30A I suspect you still have to use and adapter to get to 50A. There may be one, but I've not seen a cable sized for 50A with a 30A plug on the end or vice versa.
