Used to have a Weber Q that we liked. We purchased a Traeger pro for the house and really like how the food tastes cooked on it. Purchased a Traeger ranger for the rv and slow cooked a pork shoulder for 8 hours with hickory pellets. Made the best pulled pork when it was done. Cooks ribs fantastic as well.
