If you currently have a Montana with Disk Brakes, it will run around $4000. If you don’t have disk brakes, it will run about $7000. They have a 7k and 8k option and also Timken bearings as an upgrade. We had IS and Disk Brakes installed 2 years into our third Montana. It is incredible the difference in tire wear. Our tires look like new three years after installing IS. We also broke springs twice on our previous Montana, once in Alaska. With another trip to Alaska planned, we definitely want the peace of mind of IS. It is an expensive upgrade, but since we have the Legacy package, we save $3000 over last time because they will use our Disk Brakes. Plus, the areas we boondock in the mountains are rough on suspension. The added travel helps on forest service roads.
