MORryde measures the height before the install begins, to make sure camper does not exceed legal height of 13'-6". In videos I have watched, the finished campers were within 1" of what they were before installation. As for weight, I'm not sure, but if there is any additional, it would add only to the GCVW of truck and camper, but not to the pin weight.
