I also do all the dishes, and do have a sprayer. We also have strainers on both sink. I try very hard to never let anything go down the but water. I paper wipe plates before washing them. As someone said Lowes, Home Depol has many different faucets and sprayer combo's. However we do use a lot of paper products, plates, forks, spoons etc. GBY...
