Had an after-market receptacle wired into the bed of my F-350. There was no real wiring to be done. The harness "T" connected to the original harness at a joint near the rear end and then ran up to the new outlet, all connections were sealed so only inspection is to cut it apart - if it's loose the little guys in China didn't make the joints right.
