Ours has the rear entertainment center, so it was easy to drill a hole through the back cap and into the area where the DVD/sound system and DISH receiver sit. Mounted a weather proof coax connector with a short lead going to the receiver, DICOR caulked around the connector, screwed it onto the cap and vola!
