Assuming the electric and the propane heat systems are working (or at least one of them is) there should be hot water. You can verify that by opening the over pressure valve on the outside panel (be careful to not get burned by the hot water!).

If there is hot water, then I can only think of two possible reasons to not get hot water anywhere inside the coach.

1.) The back flow valve on the output line of the WH has failed. Not a common problem , but it has occurred before. A Search will show posts related to this problem,

2.) The winterize valve to bypass the WH is in the wrong position or has failed in the closed position.
