Been with Dish for a bunch of years. At first the tech support was burdensome in that if you interrupted the person they started at the beginning of their written check list. After a couple years they either hired quicker thinking people or trained them better. Now it's a simple matter to call them and usually within a couple minutes the issues are solved (at least the issues I've had). Just bought a Tailgater and used it twice so far and am happy with it.
