I will second (or 3rd or 4th?) the GMG Davy Crockett. We had a Traeger for a couple of years and then switched to GMG and haven't looked back. The convenience of the WiFi connection and temperature probe are great. I use it for slow/smoking cooking or searing as in steaks and anything in between.
