Up Date, sorry it took so long.
I called Splendide and they walked me thru a few things to check, after telling me how to unlock the door. Both things they had me check didn't help, so they had me call a Mobile RV Service. He came out and determined it was the circuit board, He got the ok to replace it. They sent it to him the next day. He came out yesterday and replaced it. He would have been here sooner but between Christmas and being sick it took a little longer.
