Go to Accuweather.com and check out the winter temp history. We live in NW Arizona close to Bullhead City and have never had to winterize our monty. The low this morning in NW AZ was 52. Last year, we got all the way down to 40. Check with other folks who have lived there.
I live where I do because as I came south with a snow shovel strapped to my rear ladder, someone there asked what that was. I figured I had gone far enough.
