Unfortunately, the answer is "yes" for 2006 model 3400RL's. Keystone didn't put an access door in. Instead, as Pat stated, there is only a hole for the exhaust. To change the circuit board or igniter (the most likely causes of your problem), the furnace, which is most likely an Atwood (who bought Suburban), needs to come completely out.
