I replaced the convection/MW on my 2005 and it was pretty easy to pull out and reinstall the new one. If you know the MW is at fault and not the fifthwheel circuitry, you can pull it out and take it to a shop so a tech can look at it without having to move your fifthwheel. Good luck, hope something simple. On mine, there was a faceplate on the front of the MW, and when I took that off, there was easy access to the holding brackets.
