Jim, Chris is one of the 2 owners, Cafe Trio is my customer, I do all the HVAC and the repairs around the place that Chris doesn't feel comfortable with. Yepper, the food and service is super, they just got voted 'Best' in Kansas City.
Chris is watching my Casa, good thing because my Video Security system needed re-booting, and when he got there one of my freezers went Tango uniform, he had to put everything into freezer #2. it's always something..
