A better latch (or in our case-a child proof cabinet latch) on the cabinet below the refrigerator would prevent the door from sliding out in transit and getting caught in the slide and since you cannot get back there to check to see if has come unlatched.
Been there, done that, dealer got to buy a new drawer assembly for us.
