I noticed in a posting by Steve Riegle that he uses Irfanview often, as do I. Just recently I was led to another free photo program that has many of the features (including cloning) that are available in PhotoShop Elements and Paint Shop Pro. The program is Photofiltre, and it is available for download at
www.Photofiltre.com. I have downloaded it and use it often now instead of my Photoshop Elements. It is quite user friendly, and the download fairly fast, and it is virus free and ad free.
