I'm having problems with the front bedroom slide-out that has weak framework and has sagged allowing it to bottom out and drag. I have found what appears to be an adjustment but with the framework of too light of a material, it will sag again and again till no adjustments are left.
I was asked by a Keystone Rep. if I could send pictures of the problems, which I have about a month ago, and I have not heard back from them as of yet. I don't recall what his name was that I e-mailed.
What I want to know is there anyone else with these kind of problems? I would suspect that the Montana 2955RL (twin to the 298RLS) has the same setup.
What is the warranty coverage? 1 yr., 2 yrs. or none at all for the framework.
I bought an extended warranty at the time of purchase. Does this cover the problem? I have been told that it will not cover this problem by the dealership.
