Where are the parts? The hardest part of getting things fixed is the dealer getting the parts. We left the 5er at the dealer and had to either bring it back or leave it there for several weeks. The last dealer we were at we had to leave and they sent us the parts(three total). We finally got the basement door replacement delivered to us which was an item before our warranty ran out. Now we have to go to the 3rd dealer to get this door fixed because the dealer could not get the parts.
