Also, since dually is new to me please advise - how in the heck do you put air in the inboard (and outboard) tires? The valve stem looks to be turned inwards towards the frame. Whats that all about?

Congrats on the new dually. I love mine. I bought 2 of these, 1 for inside the RV and 1 for under the back seat of the truck. Works great for connecting the RV and getting under the hood. Light weight and low price.
