I Can’t remove the twist out bulbs in the drop down lights over the island. Any reason I couldn’t just cut the wires at the ceiling cover to remove the light fixture entirely so I can work on it? Use wire nuts to reconnect. Are those bulbs 12v and Could I replace them with some type led and nothing special required to make that conversion? Thanks in advance for any advise
