I wanted to throw out another thought....we never got our sensors to work right on our old TT. In reading the owners manual, it suggested a warm salt water solution to be added after a dump and before travel, about 5 or so gallons with a half cup of salt dissolved in the warm water prior to flushing. After driving to the next camp site, we flushed well and all of the sensors worked again. The manual said that the mild salt solution will clean the sensors and the tank causing no harm to the sensors.

If I'm not mistaken, salt is what is used to soften water so I'm not sure if this will take the place of Calgon...but it sure worked for me. We pretty much flush as the others have said previously using a clear pipe to observe the progress.
