Not exactly sure what the system was, but we looked at a 2010 and a 2011 and the salesman said that the slide system changed to allow the living room slide to open up more. This was clearly evident when comparing the two side by side. As far as common areas to check for water leaks, I don't know yet.
We had it winterized and stored in October, so this next spring I will find out. I will let my dealer do the de-winterization and check for leaks.
