I have a RV refer. However, I had issues with the GFI tripping almost everytime the inverter was switched on. I took the end cap off the inverter and removed the GFI and installed a regular outlet. GFIs have no place when it comes to refrigerators. It took about 10-15 minutes to do the job. Just make sure you cut-off the DC power.
