I have not had to replace mine yet but contact Pressure Pro directly. They just swap the sensors. I think it is around $30/ea. Mine are 4 years old and still going strong. Hopefully they will make it thru the entire season and I will not have to replace until next year. If I remember correctly they are expected to last 4~5 years. They say if you take the sensors off when the trailer is in storage the batteries will last longer. I keep mine on year round.
