My daughter lives in DC and they do use cameras. The Beltway is ok, but going to the Hill is different. DO NOT SPEED OR TRY TO RUN A YELLOW LIGHT. Even if you speed up to make a yellow you will get your picture taken for $150 +. Also, no cell phone use of any kind while driving.
