I'll report back when I get it installed. This company makes available, for free, a long range antenna, that I believe that you use on the monitor end. You place it on the roof of your truck, or in the back window, so that the signal doesn't have to travel thru the cab of the truck. I don't have said antenna yet, but I believe that I'm going to get one, just in case...
