Thank you for the 'heads up'. I just went to the fridge to try it. Since I have never tried this with either a tight seal or a faulty one, I cannot know how much resistance there is supposed to be. I inserted the bill in three places, from the top to the bottom of the door, and felt only slight resistance in each case. This unit is still under warranty. I wonder if I should let a dealer take a look at it. I hate to unhook and drive the one hour trip (we fulltime and are in a seasonal site) to Webb,s RV in Bangor, Maine. Think this would be worth it? Thanks for your response.
