The same shortages that are affecting everything else is also affecting RV production. Therefore prices are rising. ECON 101. Things will eventually settle down again, especially once people realize lack of campsites and the "glamping" thing crashes into harsh reality. RVing is not for everybody but right now it's getting a lot of press as an alternative especially with boomers hitting full retirement stride. All of it is geared to extracting money from people's wallets. Nothing else matters to the great money machine.
