RickandGail, there should be a button on top of the camera to put it in pairing mode. Over the years, they have changed the wiring. You probably need the truck connected to the trailer with the lights on. Otherwise, your camera is on all of the time. Ours has a blue light to show that the camera is on. Once you know the camera is on, you climb the ladder, hit the pairing button with the monitor in setup.
