Sorry to hear of your problems. One thing to remember is that Keystone has been exemplary in their response to problems with their products. Many of us have had repairs done by Keystone well after our rigs were out of warranty. Please contact Keystone Customer Service if you don't get satisfactory responses from your dealer, or any other dealer for that matter. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Give them a chance.
