I had a somewhat same problem on our 2019. Grandson sprung the baggage door hinge.
I tried taking it off a reshaping the hinge. I was able to improve it but I had to still lift the door to close it.
Some folks have replaced the hinge with a piano hinge.
The only true fix is a new door and frame.
At the national rally this past fall the techs replaced my door no charge, good as new
Was worth the drive to Goshen.
