With our truck/trailer set up we are always fairly level for the hook up process and because of that we have hooked up many times with one or even all the slides still out. Most times we have the bedroom area packed up 1st and it comes in right away before hooking up, after that it varies depending what still needs to be done. Basically my DW does the inside and I do the outside hook up proceedures, same as Captain Joe.
