Wipe them down with whatever your have, ATF on a rag, Simple Green and a hose, all they are asking is to remove the dirt that their wiper seals can not remove.
In the real world, does CAT ask their operators to wipe down the rams on their bulldozers before they dig a ditch. Hell no they do not. Just more BS from Lippert to correct their lack of quality in their rams.
Wet Bolts, grease once a year.
Sorry Guys, Lippert = China Junk....Poor seals and you got to deal with it.
