We have the same spice rack/pantry. On our initial trip home from the dealer the pantry came open and fell off one of the tracks damaging the face of the cabinetry. I took the unit out and discovered the frame in the rear was not aligned properly. Very poor construction. I tried to restructure it but the one track kept popping off every time I pulled it out. Took it back to the dealer and they agreed that the one set of tracks was insufficient for the weight and resulting torque when the pantry is pulled out. Another set of tracks is on order and we will see how that works when installed.
