Agree it sounds 12v problem but not the battery. If on shore power the fan and frig should work with out a battery. The converter puts out more voltage than battery. Not more current but more voltage. Most slides need battery current to work.

That is correct as long as the converter is working correctly
So with a DC Volt meter you need to check converter output!
