It's actually a American type thing we purchased the fifth wheel in Arizona and it's the certificate they give you at the dealer when yo u purchase a RV and it comes from the factory . We tried the dealer in Arizona and the the Keystone Factory Rep and were told that Iit can not be replaced after 90 days from the purchase date . You need need it to register vehicle the USA
