Don't have airbags on this truck but on the previous two trucks I had the Firestone bags. I used just enough pressure to make the truck ride level when towing. If I recall, that was about 45# (before hitching). When hitched it goes up a bit. I also would sometimes adjust the pressure up or down on the fly on roads that were rough or whatever. It helps smooth the ride. In all cases, ours rode better with the bags inflated when towing.

When solo I ran zero pounds in the bags. The manual says keep 5 pounds in them so they are not damaged if the suspension is bottomed out. However, on these trucks I don't think I could possibly bottom the rear suspension when not heavily loaded and the ride was better at zero than at five.

I'd suggest you hitch up the rig while on level ground, get out your level, then air the bags until the truck bedrails are level. When you unhitch, note the pressure in the bags unhitched so you know where to return them when ready to hitch up again.
