You rv should be at 13'5'' from the factory. You will not change the height of the rv by raising the rv at the axles. Mor-Ryde raised my rv 3'' at the wheels and my rv was 13'5'' before and after being raised to run level. If you raised the rv in the front at the hitch then you would actually raise the unit because the 13'5'' height is at the front a/c which is the highest point on just about anyone's rv. Raising the rv at the axle 2 or 3'' hopefully will suffice for leveling your rv.
