We added a Weboost to our 3100RL this spring. Attached the antenna to the ladder, then ran the RG6 down the ladder inside the sheeting underneath, across the top of the basement (along the washer/drier PEC tubing. Followed the tubing through the existing hole into the right side of the front closet. Only hope drilled was to bring RG6 through the closet wall for cable connection. Used a standard cable connection wall plate to complete. Power plug-in was right there for the unit and distance met Weboost's 25 ft min. separation requirements. No problem with weak signal pushed to LR or even outside the rig - and no external holes drilled. My 2 cents.
