I have a 2001 2955 and my prodigy gain is set for about 6.3 and boost 2. These settings Work fine for my rig.I reached theses settings after a little trial and error testing. Brakes of my trailer should engage slightly before the trucks or I get a thump on stopping or start up in my Reese hitch. You said boost 6.2, I believe you meant b.2...does look like a 6 on the controller. I would experiment with a few settings until you find the one that is right for your set up...Good luck.
