Is there a better quality replacement? I believe those are based off of 1960's automotive technology. Hoping there are better options that Keystone failed to upgrade to.

Definitely old school simple piece of bi metal. But except for the one to the pump there has rarely been a problem with them. When I needed to replace mine about the time I was getting ready to leave on a trip and no time to order the better one, I simply connected two of the cheap 40 amp auto style breakers in parallel to functionally temporarily get an 80 amp rating. That was 8 or 10 years ago and it still works fine. Temporary sorta became permanent.
