The local Keystone dealer doesn’t stock the sheetmetal housing—when they need such a thing, I was told they sub the job to a local HVAC company..
Dealer’s svc dept did say a lot of people install an Onan into front compartment w/out doing any type of sheetmetal prep.. (?)
FWIW, we do typically leave the compartment’s door open while running our generator.

If you’re referring to the Onan’s shroud/housing, I own a 5500w Emerald Advantage (HGJAC); and to my knowledge, it’s about the only (modern) Onan that will not accommodate a housing..for some reason, the unit’s air flow won’t allow it

I’m not sure what to think, now..
