yep - my rear fell off coming back. Broke the bracket that holds the emergency window closed - oh well more touch up required. RV Station in Nacogdoches TX is looking for the bracket now. Super folks up there - wished I had purchased the unit there.

I am going to try and request additional brackets and screws (our back window has three brackets, but only 1 screw in the back of each one - no top screws at all)! We are also going to add 2 plastic zip ties crisscrossed on each bracket holding the shades. Someone mentioned that this will prevent the shades from falling once the plastic clips on the brackets holding the shades break off (apparently this is another failure issue).
