FOOD FOR THOUGHT. Re attach better is good BUT be aware some trim needs to be removed for repairs.
Slides sometimes need to be removed so all trim must be removed to do it.
Accuslide cable slides may need some trim removed to service cables.
IF YOU ATTACH TO WELL repairs may become more complicated. CONSIDER ACCESS TO DRIVE MOTOR.
I PREFER SCREWS for some trim I know will need removed.
GLUE suggest you be careful, removal may do lots of damage.
Saw 2 inch screws mentioned. Walls are not very thick and what is in them that may get pierced?
